Name/Address Changes

If you are a current student, you may change your address directly through URSA or by contacting the Registrar’s Office by phone, fax, email, in writing, or in person.

The following student information changes require a written request along with documentation of the change:

• Name
• Marital Status
• Gender
• Social Security Number
• Birth Date

Please provide copies of documentation such as driver’s license, marriage license, court order, social security card, or birth certificate.
