An application for graduation must be received by February 17, 2012 to have your name printed in the program.
Course adjustment memos are due by March 30, 2012
Test Scores, Portfolios, and Visual Art Recitals are due by May 9, 2012
All grades including those for final semester are due by
May 9, 2012
Official transcripts from other institutions with all final grades must be received in our Office of Admissions no later than Friday, May 25, 2012. If your transcript is received after this date, you will be considered a tentative Summer 2012 graduate.
The deadline for all course adjustments, test scores, portfolios, recitals, grades, and any other outstanding graduation requirements for Spring 2012 tentative graduates is May 25, 2012. The information must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office no later than 5 p.m. on Friday May 25, 2012. Tentative Spring 2012 graduates who are not meeting all their requirements by the deadline on May 25, 2012, will be considered a tentative Summer 2012 graduate.

If your transcript is received after this date, you will be considered a tentative Spring 2013 graduate. Please keep in mind that institutions may be closed during the holiday season and plan accordingly.

The information must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office no later than 5 p.m. on Friday January 11, 2012. Tentative Fall 2012 graduates who are not meeting all their requirements by the deadline on January 11, 2012, will be considered a tentative Spring 2013 graduate.
