Ordering Regalia

Ordering Instructions

Regalia ordering instructions will be mailed by the Provost's Office prior to each ceremony and will have a deadline for ordering so please watch for this email. A $20.00 late fee is added to orders made after the deadline.

Distribution

Regalia distribution will take place in Columbine A, University Center on a pre-determined date indicated in the email. After this date, you may pick up your regalia at the commencement site.

Payment

Your order must be paid in full prior to pick-up by using a University DPO, Credit Card, personal check or cash. Any ordered received after the indicated deadline will be accessed $20.00 late fee that will be added to the total price.

Departments: Please submit your orders on a University DPO or with a credit card.

Regalia Return

Return of rented regalia items will take place at the commencement. Regalia must be returned following your ceremony in the gymnasium as there will not be another location available on campus.
