FAQs for Graduating Seniors and their Parents
When will diplomas be available for graduating seniors?
- Diplomas may be picked up beginning June 29, 2008 in the Registrar’s Office, Carter Hall 3002. Diplomas are not mailed unless you submit a request indicating to the Registrar’s Office the address to where your diploma is to be sent. Diploma requests may be submitted by: An email to: Judith.Michalik@unco.edu, or a call to the Registrar’s Office at (970) 351-2231 (select option #3), or a mail request to Registrar’s Office, Carter Hall 3002, Greeley, CO 80639.
The following Deadlines will ensure that you stay on track for summer graduation:
- Adjustment memos are due July 25, 2008.
- Test Scores and Visual Arts Recitals are due by August 1, 2008.
- Official transcripts from other institutions, Music Portfolios, and all grades including those for final semester, incompletes and extended study courses are due August 13, 2008.
