Strategic Planning

The University of Northern Colorado has developed a systemic, organic, and integrated planning process that (1) actively engages the campus community; (2) is an ongoing process of plan development, implementation, and evaluation; and (3) shapes our annual budgets and ongoing fiscal sustainability.

The 9 Core Plans listed below operationalize a strategic framework of Academics; Research, Scholarship and Creative Works; and Community Building. Where these plans intersect, transformational learning occurs, we engage in our community as partners and build a faculty of teacher-scholars.

The University planning update report summarizes our University-wide planning work since 2006.
