Colleges provide departments, Human Resources and the Provost with their list of eligible faculty. Eligibility will be confirmed by Human Resources to Academic Affairs and Deans by 10/9/07.
October 9, 2007
Director notifies eligible faculty. November - March 1. Eligible faculty submits documentation to director. 2. Tenured department faculty recommendation to director. 3. Director's recommendation to Dean. March 20, 2008 Comprehensive forms and letters from dean and director to Provost.
March 17-21, 2008
Review of faculty dossiers by Provost and the Provost's staff. Dossier materials will be accessible in the Deans Office for review by Office of the Provost staff and the Provost.
March 31, 2008
Provost's recommendation summary to President.
May 9, 2008
President and Provost send final summary recommendations to BOT.
