About the Council
The President’s Planning Council advises the president on university-wide planning. Key 
functions of the council are to:
- Consider how the university’s many planning efforts can be coordinated
- Examine identified priorities and available resources
- Recommend realistic timelines and strategies for investing in priorities
- Recommend assessment of progress toward investing in priorities
