Pre-Medicine and Pre-Health at UNC

Pre-Health advising at UNC helps students prepare to apply to health professional schools such as medical, pharmacy, dental, physician assistant, physical therapy, veterinary, etc. Students may obtain their undergraduate degrees in any major offered at UNC provided the prerequisites that are required by the professional school are completed. Students should seek advising from both an advisor for their major and an advisor on the Pre-Health advising committee (committee members are listed below). Students may also be interested in joining the pre-vet club or the pre-health club.
