On pg. 388 1110b 25 ''Acting by reason of ignorance... '' is it meant that a man in a state of rage is acting with judgment clouded by rage and is therefore acting involuntarily and is not to be blamed?

If so is he not to be judged and blamed for not keeping his anger in check?

I'm sure it's explained but I'm still missing it.
