  • Overpayments, stale dated checks.
  • Balance/reconcile/pay faculty and exempt staff insurance.
  • Manual Checks, garnishments/wage assignments.
  • Labor redistributions.
  • PSA's
  • Oversee Payroll staff

Responsibilities:

  • Direct deposits, W-4’s, employment verifications, scanning
  • Manage and assign Banner HR/Payroll security.
  • General deductions, monthly employee count report.
  • Manage Banner list serve.
  • prepare monthly payroll deadline calendars.
  • Run MN Payroll processes.
  • Classified personnel pay, liability account reconsiliations.
  • PERA refunds, final six-month reports.
  • All retirements.

Dorothy Swenson

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the set-up and maintenance of the Electronic Personnel Action Forms (EPAF) to hire students.
  • Manage faculty/exempt job records including contracting, contract training, and deferred pay liability account.
  • Manage listserv for Contractors and EPAF users.
  • GA TA/Extended Studies Contracts.
