STAFF RECOGNITION:

Save the Date: 42nd Annual Staff Recognition Banquet, March 25, 2013.

The PASC Council is now accepting nominations for the Employee of the Year. You can nominate someone by completing the application form, and in not more than 2 pages, tell us why your nominee deserves this award. Provide as much detail and as many examples as possible; the more you write, the better we may evaluate your nomination! Nominations exceeding 2 pages will be accepted, but only the first 2 pages will be reviewed. Groups may collectively nominate an employee, but again, please limit your essay to 2 pages. Anonymous nominations will not be accepted, but identities will be concealed unless you check the box on the bottom of this form. Return completed nomination applications electronically to staffcouncils@unco.edu, or through campus mail to Jessica Behunin at Campus Box 19. All nominations must be received by Tuesday, March 5, 2013. All nominations will be subject to a blindscreening; (so the evaluators will not know who they’re reviewing), and evaluations will be based on the content of the nomination and its alignment to the established criteria (outlined in the application form). The award will be presented at the 42nd Annual Employee Recognition & Service Milestone Awards Banquet on Monday, March 25, 2013.
