Fundraising

PASC’s scholarships are supported by designated contributions made by current and former UNC staff and faculty through the UNC Foundation. If you’d like to support the scholarship program, contact the foundation at 351-2034, or if you’d like more information about the scholarship program, feel free to contact one of the elected PASC Representatives.

We raise funds for our professional development and staff recognition projects through activities such as staffing the concession stand during basketball games and providing coat-check services for events in the University Center ballrooms. If you are a professional staff employee and are interested in helping with fundraising or have an idea for a fund-raising event, please contact one of the elected PASC Representatives.

 

UPCOMING FUNDRAISING EVENT:

PASC is currently taking donations for Helping Hands. Funds raised be used to help members in financial need due to illness or other factors.

 

Bears Dessert Competition Fundraiser Results

Thank you all so very much for participating in the First Annual Bears Dessert Competition. We had so much fun, ate too much, and learned a lot about what we may want to improve upon for next year. We felt the event was a huge success, and hope you enjoyed it. We know that a lot of work went into your dessert-making and it showed. The desserts were FABULOUS! Thank you all so much.

The votes have all been tallied, and the winner of the 2013 Bears Dessert Competition is Dinky Williams for his wonderful cheesecakes! Dinky has won a $50 gift certificate to The Kitchen Collection at the Outlets at Loveland. Congratulations, Dinky!
