The Office of Undergraduate Research Workshop series is provided to help students from all disciplines learn more about getting started in research and for those that have started research projects, provides additional support and information about specific topics.

Info Session on Summer Research Programs

Do you want to be paid to do research this summer? 

Would you like to spend the summer working on research with faculty at campuses such as Harvard, Johns Hopkins, Brown or Stanford? 

Do you want to find out about how to find research awards, grants, fellowships and opportunities that you may be eligible for? 

Then attend this Informational Session led by Dr. Travis Boyce, Office of Undergraduate Research Faculty Fellow

  • What: Summer Research Awards, Scholarships, Programs, Funding and Fellowships
  • Who: Undergraduate Students from ALL disciplines who are interested in Research
  • When: Wednesday, Oct. 15, 5 PM to 6 PM
  • Where: Michener L-98; Center for Honors, Scholars & Leadership Seminar Room
  • Food: Sub Sandwiches, chips, and drinks (please note any dietary restrictions) Must RSVP - see sign-up below

The session is appropriate for undergraduate students from all disciplines.  Students from all levels (freshmen, Sophomore, Junior & Senior) should attend to find out the truth about acquiring funding and advanced opportunities.
