Orientation for Spring 2008

Congratulations on your Spring admission to Northern Colorado! We are excited for the opportunity to introduce you and your family to UNC through our Spring New Student Orientation Program! At New Student Orientation, you will learn about the many resources available to you on campus, meet other students, talk with an academic advisor and register for Spring classes. New freshmen are expected to attend the New Student Orientation program in order to register for your courses. There is no cost for students to attend. Parents and guests are welcome. There will be a separate program for parents and guests. The cost of this program will be $30.00 per person, payable before the orientation session.

There are 3 ways to reserve your place at New Student Orientation:

  1. Print and complete reservation form, click here for reservation form. Mail to New Student Orientation, UNC Campus Box 79, 501 20th Street, Greeley, CO 80639.
  2. Phone the Academic Support and Advising office at 970-351-1391 to provide reservation information to staff.
  3. Print and complete reservation form, fax to 970-351-1052.

  • 8:15am-8:45am Check In, University Center
  • 9:00am-9:20am New Student Orientation Welcome
  • 9:20am-9:45am Team Meeting
  • 10:00am-11:00am Getting Started Panel
  • 11:15am-12:00 noon Introduction to Academic Advising
  • 12:00 noon-1:00pm Lunch (provided for students, guests may dine at Zachariah's Court, Taco Bell or Starbucks)
  • 1:00pm-4:00pm Academic Advising
  • Campus Tours will be given at 2:00pm, 3:00pm and 4:00pm
