UNC Financial Aid Cost Estimator
You can calculate an ESTIMATE of the financial aid you may be eligible to receive at UNC and, by comparing this information to the total cost of attendance, you can get a better idea of what it would likely cost for you to attend UNC.
In order to use the calculator, you need to know your Estimated Family Contribution (EFC). The EFC is based on federal law and provides an indication of the amount your family should be able to contribute to your education. It is calculated from information you provide on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
The ESTIMATED aid provided in the calculator is based on these assumptions:
- You are (or will be) a Colorado resident undergraduate student;
- You plan to enroll full time (at least 12 credits); and
- You apply for financial aid by UNC’s March 1 priority deadline.
If you know your EFC, you can get an ESTIMATE of the financial aid you may be eligible for at UNC.
If you don’t know your EFC, you can calculate your EFC. After you determine your EFC, close that window and enter the EFC amount here.
The information provided by the calculator is ONLY AN ESTIMATE and should not be considered an actual award offer.
