As a lab, we try to stay active in the community and participate in local events.
2016
The lab recently participated in the Rocky Mountain regional American Society of Biomechanics meeting that was held at the YMCA in Estes Park, CO. It was a great meeting and Abbie Ferris each gave a podium presentation related to each of her research on below knee amputees. Kevin Dames, Barb Schornstein, Grace Rhodehouse, Ana Fraijo, and Kory Herber all presented poster presentations on their research. They each represented the lab well and were able to have some productive conversation about their research with other colleagues in the area. This was a great opportunity for everyone in our lab to get to see other research that is going on around our area that quite often has implications on our own work.
