Responsibilities:  Produced and managed multiple sporting events for DU; Helped manage and administrate the 2009 Mountain Pacific Soccer Federation Tournament; Managed more than a dozen volunteers for home soccer games; Produced timelines for all athletic events; Set up fields, courts, ice to safety and playing standards; Actively participated in weekly production meetings; Conducted interviews for incoming work studies; Created and submitted work orders for event conversion; Accompany teams, officials and authorized personnel to designated areas before, during and after games; Managed scores table, media and PA announcements; Maintained and updated payroll and budgeting expenses for events
