Rehabilitation Counseling Master's Degree
(CORE Accredited)

The University of Northern Colorado in Greeley offers a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling that is structured with a combined online and weekend workshop format. Experience this intensive learning environment that includes supervised practicum and internship hours. You will actively participate in your learning, and work closely with faculty and students in a small class setting. Our faculty are experienced, and committed to your development as a Rehabilitation Counselor. Upon graduation, you are eligible to become a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor since our program is accredited by the Council on Rehabilitation Education. Rehabilitation Counselors are highly recruited regionally and nationally.

Doctor of Philosophy in Human Rehabilitation

The Ph.D. Degree provides you with the highest level of preparation as a Human Rehabilitation scholar.  The program allows you the opportunity to focus on coursework that addresses the areas of university teaching, Human Rehabilitative Services research and Human Rehabilitative Services administration while also pursuing a collateral or concentration area of study that relates directly to your goals as a scholar in the field of Human Rehabilitative Services .

The Ph.D. Degree Program in Human Rehabilitation is approved by the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE). WICHE’s 14-state region includes Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. Under this approval, students from the other 13 states can attend UNC at the Colorado resident graduate tuition rate rather than the non-resident rate.
