Admissions Criteria

Application Deadline: Feb. 1 2009

  • Completion of the online application form from the CU Denver site
  • Baccalaureate or equivalent degree, min. 3.0 GPA on 4.0 scale
  • One official copy of academic transcripts from each prior institution of higher education sent directly to CSPH.
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • GRE Scores (taken within the last five years) ETS ID 4877
  • A short essay describing career goals and purpose for applying to the MPH program
  • Current resume or curriculum vitae.
  • $65 application fee made payable to the University of Colorado
  • Foreign applicants from non-English speaking countries must also submit scores for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and a financial statement demonstrating support for at least two years of study.

Letters of recommendation and transcripts must be sent directly from the issuing individual or institution. All materials (excluding online application) should be sent to:
