RN to BS Degree Program

Course of Study

Students take one online course at a time (two courses each term) for Semesters 1-3. Semester 4 & 5 courses span the full length of the semester to give time for completion of the required clinical hours. These 30 credits are completed in 20 months.

Semester 4

  • NURS 405 - Theory and Principles of Public Health Nursing: Population-Based Practice (3)
  • NURS 406 - Clinical Practice of Public Health Nursing: Population Based Practice (3)

Semester 5

  • NURS 480 - Professionalism in Practice: Leadership and Management (3)
  • NURS 470 - Clinical Practice: Professionalism in Practice (3)
