NOTE: 

  • A CNA course must be completed prior to application! 
  • If BIO 101 was taken prior to the 2012-2013 academic year, it will be accepted in place of BIO 110.
  • If FND 357 was taken prior to the 2012-2013 academic year, it will be accepted in place of FND 250.
  • Transcripts must be reviewed for course equivalency/substitution.  Additional information and a program advisor are available for consultation.
