Dr. Kathleen LaSala is a Professor of Nursing. She was the Director of the School of Nursing and the National Institute for Nursing Education and Scholarship within the School of Nursing at the University of Northern Colorado from October 2010 to May 2013. Kathleen received her Doctorate in Nursing from George Mason University.
Her research interests include public policy issues influencing healthcare, workforce issues: recruitment, retention, job satisfaction, faculty development & mentorship, tobacco cessation and prevention, primary care pediatrics.
