Dr. Hayes is a member of the Graduate Faculty with Doctoral Research Endorsement.  She has been a Senior Fulbright Fellow during which she conducted research on developmental outcomes in preschool children in Jamaica, working in cooperation with the Caribbean Child Development Centre at the University of the West Indies.  She has held clinical research positions as well as faculty positions and has extensive research experience.  Dr. Hayes teaches theory at the graduate levels, professorial role, and leadership in policy.  She teaches fundamentals at the undergraduate level.  Research interests include caring, trauma, and developmental risk.
