Catherine Dingley is the Assistant Director of the National Insitute for Nursing Education & Scholarship (NINES) in the School of Nursing at the University of Northern Colorado. She teaches undergraduate courses in pathophysiology and therapeutic interventions. Her research interests include Inner Strength in Women: Middle Range Theory Development; Patient Safety & Quality
Nurse Sensitive Indicator / Patient Outcomes; and Healthcare systems / Organizational change / Process improvement. Her areas of clincial interest and expertise are in Family Practice / Primary Care; Women’s Health; and Evidence-based practice in acute care settings.
