Applications to the Traditional Nursing Program and Second Degree Nursing Program – 2010

Applications are currently available for admission to the Traditional and Second Degree Nursing Programs for 2010.

Applications will be accepted starting January 4, 2010. All applications must be received in the School of Nursing office in Gunter 3080 on or before January 27, 2010.

Application to UNC

If you have never attended the University of Northern Colorado, you must apply to the University as well as to the School of Nursing. Applications to the University are obtained from and returned to the UNC Admissions office. They are also available on the www.unco.edu website.

Application Process to the School of Nursing

• Click on application link(s) at the bottom of these instructions.
• Print the instructions and the application form for the program to which you plan to apply.
  • You may apply to only one program.
    • Traditional
    • Second Degree for applicants who already have a Bachelors Degree.
• Complete the application form, following all instructions carefully.
• Submit the application form to:

• Electronic applications will not be accepted. Paper copies must be submitted.
• Do not return the instruction pages with your application. Keep these pages for your information.

• Time: 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm
• Location: Gunter Hall Room 1720

• This meeting is optional. Attend if you have questions or would like to clarify information about the application process.
• If attending this meeting, please print the application you are interested in submitting and bring it with you to this meeting.
