in class. You may use a graphing
calculator (without an alphanumeric keypad) and notes written on both
sides of a 3"x5" notecard. See this set of Practice Problems for
examples of types of questions that could appear on the exam. Also,
here is a copy of my Chapter 2 exam
from Fall 2011.

Welcome
to Calculus 1 at the University of Northern Colorado. Please read the syllabus carefully, and be sure to introduce
yourself individually to me during this first week of classes. I
usually show up to class early and my office hours are right after our
class on Mondays and Wednesdays. Both are excellent opportunities to
help me get to know you!
