DESCRIPTION:

Become familiar with designing and writing structured programs in a computer language, currently Python. Programs will involve some technical applications in science and mathematics. This course typically requires 10 - 12 programs to be written. Topics include decisions, loops, arrays (lists and dictionaries), file I/O, recursion, and object-oriented programming.
