Dr. McGlaughlin receives major grant to study species diversification
National Science Foundation, Division of Environmental Biology, Population and Evolutionary Processes grant ($145,070): The role of isolation in species diversification; insights into dispersal and evolution of endemic Lotus from the California Channel Islands.
Biology residence hall space moved to the newest building
The biology and BIOTA program residence community is moving to the brand new (still under construction) West Campus residence hall for fall, 2009.
