Thomas G. Endres, director of the University of Northern Colorado's School of Communication, has been named Administrator of the Year by the National States Advisory Council (NSAC), an affiliate of the National Communication Association (NCA).
In announcing the award, NSAC officials noted that Endres is "an active member of the Rocky Mountain Communication Association and has demonstrated administrative leadership with several other communication associations, including the Communication and Theater Association of Minnesota, Association for Communication Administration, and Western States Communication Association."
Previous awards for Endres include the National Speakers Association Outstanding Professor, the Award for Communication Excellence from the Rocky Mountain Communication Association, Outstanding Individual from the Communication and Theater Association of Minnesota, Outstanding Advisor of the Year from the Lambda Pi Eta National Communication Honor Society, and the UNC Provost's Academic Leadership Excellence award.
Endres will receive his award Nov. 22 at the NSAC business meeting during the annual NCA convention in Washington, DC.
NSAC supports and advocates for state communication associations.
