The 43rd annual UNC/Greeley Jazz Festival April 18-20 will bring together internationally recognized artists, jazz lovers, award-winning clinicians and more than 275 college, high school and middle school jazz students from across the country for main stage concerts, free after-hours sessions, daytime performances and educational workshop sessions.
This year's main-stage performances starting at 7:30 p.m. at the Union Colony Civic Center will include:
- Thursday, April 18: Grammy award-winning a cappella group Take 6 and the Northern Colorado Voices;
- Friday, April 19: Celebrated jazz pianist and composer Ahmad Jamal, followed by the Jazz Festival All-Star Big Band
- Saturday, April 20: Jazz pianist Cyrus Chestnut, followed by a Tribute to Dizzy Gillespie featuring UNC Jazz Lab Band I and special guest artists Jon Faddis, Terell Stafford, Greg Gisbert
