The 2013 Leadership Weld County program and North Colorado Medical Center are hosting their second blood drive Wednesday, March 6, from noon-4 p.m. in the service drive south of Turner Hall (west of Holmes Dining Hall). Grab a buddy (friend or family member) and make an appointment to visit the Blood Mobile while it's on campus.
Prior to donating, donors are asked to eat a healthy meal and drink a minimum of 20 ounces of water. A valid drivers license is also required.
If you are unable to make the drive on March 6, there are still other ways to donate in Greeley. The Blood Donor Center at the Northern Colorado Medical Center (1801 16th Street) is open on Monday and Friday from 7 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Tuesday from 11 a.m.-7:30 p.m. and Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
