New Procedure for Scheduling Open Computer Labs for Class Use

Information Management and Technology has implemented a new procedure to streamline the process of reserving IMT-managed open computer labs for periodic class/event use.

Email the following information to lab.reservations@unco.edu:

  • Instructor name and contact information
  • Course information, e.g., ENG122, College Composition
  • Preferred computer lab, or close-to location, e.g., Location class is regularly held so a nearby lab can be reserved.
  • Preference of Macintosh or PC computers
  • Whether a projector, sound system, DVD player or VCR will be needed
  • Date and start/end time to be reserved
  • Number of attendees
