Trustees to Meet March 1-2

February 27, 2018

The University of Northern Colorado Board of Trustees will meet at 8:30 a.m. Friday, March 2, in the Panorama Room at the University Center, 2101 10th Ave.

UNC's governing board will take action on a resolution to identify and allow a pricing committee to determine whether to refund remaining bonds issued in 2008 and 2011.

Also, Salud LLC representatives are scheduled to present and provide an update on the proposed Colorado College of Osteopathic Medicine. A unique private-public partnership, the college would be housed at UNC and prepare doctors including primary care physicians as the field faces projected shortages.

A working session to discuss the 2018-19 budget also will be held, 2:30-5 p.m. Thursday, March 1, in the fourth-floor boardroom of Carter Hall, 1700 9th Ave.

The board's remaining regular meeting for 2017-18 will be June 15.
