The 28th annual Student Employment Fall Job Fair will be from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 27, in the University Center ballrooms. All employers of hourly and work study students are encouraged to attend this opportunity to meet potential student employees. To reserve a table, email Cindy Harling. J-Lot, H-Lot and the Turner Drive Lot will be closed intermittently from Monday July 15, until approximately 5 p.m. Wednesday July 17, while Parking Services re-stripes them. Alternate parking in I-Lot, L-Lot and the west side of J-Lot is suggested. Contact Parking Services at 970-351-1971 if you have any questions.
The UNC Jazz Camp will celebrate its 10th anniversary July 14-19 with a jam-packed week of free concerts, including a special performance by the Colorado Jazz Orchestra at 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 16, in the Garden Theatre. The complete schedule of free concerts open to the public is:
Designed to be intensive, challenging, and inspiring, the UNC Jazz Camp will be led by UNC faculty and special guests Clay Jenkins, Don Aliquo and Paul McKee.
The camp for middle, high school and college students features student big bands and combos, instrumental master classes, jazz theory and listening classes and student jam sessions.

Housing and Residential Education seeks volunteers to staff move-in information tents and help families and students move their belongings into residence halls on Move-In Day, Thursday, Aug. 22. Two-hour shifts are available performing the following duties:
Move-In TentsThis is suggested for faculty and staff who can help at the five information tents across campus. You'll be handing out campus maps, information and guiding families on where to park and unload as they move into the halls. Tent locations and more information will be emailed the week prior to Move-In Day. Sign up online.
Move-In AssistanceThis is suggested for anyone who would like to assist families and students carry and move things into their rooms. More information, including expectations and location assignments will be emailed the week prior.
Groups such as Greek Life, Athletics, Ambassadors, etc., should list a lead contact and approximately how many people will be assisting with move-in. Sign up online.
