The University of Northern Colorado's Little Theatre of the Rockies, the oldest continually operating professional theater company in Colorado and one of the oldest in the nation, opens its 80th season June 12 with the musical comedy, Altar Boyz.
Directed and choreographed by UNC faculty member Matthew Herrick, the play includes signature hits like "Rhythm in Me," "The Calling" and "I Believe" while telling the story of a Christian boy band on their last night on tour.
Altar Boyz plays June 12-14 and July 9, 17-18 and 26 at 7:30 p.m.; and June 15 and July 27 at 2 p.m. in Norton Theatre in Gray Hall. It's rated PG.

With the end of the 2013-14 fiscal year approaching, following are the deadlines for ordering items through Bear Logic so that they arrive by year end.

UNC's Office of Assessment will offer Conducting Focus Group Interviews, a three-part workshop in which participants will design and conduct a focus group on an assessment topic of their choice and learn to analyze focus group data. Space is limited and the registration deadline is June 13. The workshop will meet 1-4 p.m. July 22 and 31, and Nov. 11.
