Longtime Greeley resident Vic Nottingham, whose affiliation with the university began as a student and spanned more than 65 years, passed away early Monday morning. Services will be held Friday. Details and information about the many roles he filled and contributions he made are available on the UNC Athletics website.
Holmes Dining Hall and the University Center Food Court open June 4 for the summer. For their hours of operation, and those of retail dining outlets in the UC, visit Dining Services' website.
The accounting staff from Financial Services will be out of the office on June 3, to attend training required by the Colorado Fiscal Managers' Association. Please forward journal entries and other accounting requests to them by Thursday, May 29. You can contact Susan McGuire, 970-351-2228, who will be in frequent contact with the accountants on June 3.
All student employee accounts (email@example.com) are set to expire May 31, 2014. If you have student employees who will be working this summer and would like to extend their account access through Aug. 31, please send an email to Technical Support with the students' first and last names (e.g., John Doe).
Additionally, include the names of students who are no longer working for your department with the word "Delete" (e.g., John Doe - Delete) so their access to employee resources can be removed.
Do not include students' Bear Numbers.

The deadline for scanning all spring semester bubblesheet course evaluation forms is Friday, May 30. Scanning can be performed at the scanner stations located in Carter Hall and the University Center.
Please note that evaluation forms not scanned by May 30 will not be included in the June 2 report file that will be sent to the college deans' offices.

Join the Alumni Association at Coors Field on June 8 to cheer on the Colorado Rockies as they take on division rivals the Los Angeles Dodgers. Registration by Monday, June 2, is required. Guests will enjoy a fun-filled afternoon that includes a private picnic-style buffet, great seats in Section 144 for viewing the game and a UNC Alumni Association goodie bag filled with game-day essentials.
The picnic starts at 12:30 p.m. and the first pitch is at 2:10 p.m. Parking is NOT included with your ticket purchase.

The final 2014-15 Undergraduate Review Catalog is available here and reflects all catalog changes that were submitted prior to the March 3 deadline. Please carefully review any updates you submitted to courses, programs, faculty or narrative pages for accuracy. Email Shelly Ellerby with any corrections by Thursday, May 29.
Please note that at this time, only corrections to catalog changes that were submitted by the March 3 submission deadline can be made. Due to time constraints, no new catalog changes to faculty entries, narrative pages, etc. can be made. Feel free to submit faculty and narrative change forms to the Depository for the 2015-16 catalog at any time.
The final 2014-15 Undergraduate Catalog will go live to the public on Monday, June 2. Bound print versions will be available to purchase later that week, and communication will be send out at that time. The 2014-15 Graduate Catalog will be available later this summer.
