All student employee accounts (firstname.lastname@example.org) are set to expire Dec. 31. If you have student employees who will be working spring semester and would like their account access extended until May 31, send an email with the student's first and last name (e.g., John Doe) to Technical Support.
Additionally, please include the names of students who are no longer working for your department with the word "Delete" (e.g., John Doe - Delete) so their access to employee resources can be removed.
Do not include students' Bear Numbers.

All faculty and staff are invited to attend UNC's annual holiday party 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12, , hosted in the University Center ballrooms by President Kay Norton.
A variety of complimentary foods and a cash bar with beer, wine and soda also will be available.
RSVPs are not required. Stop by and celebrate the beginning of the holiday season.
The winners of Tuesday's annual Colorado Combined Campaign Chili Cook-Off were: Best Red: Career Services - Elizabeth Mahoney; Best Green: Shelly and Jimmy Mock; Most Unique: Dean of Students Office - David Stewart and Sherri Moser. A farewell reception for Nancy Gray will be held 2-4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, in the fourth-floor boardroom of Carter Hall. Gray, who has served in the Office of Financial Aid since October 1988, will become director of Financial Aid at Aims Community College.
UNC News and Public Relations seeks faculty and staff's assistance in identifying students with unique or compelling journeys to their graduation from UNC next week. Stories can be about overcoming obstacles, interesting destinations after graduation or prestigious awards. Examples are available here and here.
Stories will be shared with the university community and area media.
If you know any students whose stories might be shared, send a brief description of the story along with the student's name and contact information to email@example.com by 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7.
