Associate Professor Lee Anne Peck has co-authored Media Ethics at Work: True Stories from Young Professionals.

Published by CQ Press, an imprint of Sage Publishing, the textbook provides students with the decision-making skills to create a toolkit for handling ethical issues on the job. Peck and Winthrop University's Guy S. Reel review 23 true stories of dilemmas faced by young professionals while working in the news media and the persuasion media. The book offers students an array of theoretical and practical approaches for thinking on their feet.

Peck teaches journalism and mass communications in UNC's School of Communication. Before working in academia full time, she worked as a reporter, columnist and editor for newspapers, magazines and online publications.
