Community Fest Booth Spaces Going Fast

UNC's Homecoming celebration is only a month away but it's not too late to reserve a booth at Community Fest from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, on Michener Library's west lawn. A huge success last year, Community Fest. is an opportunity for the campus and entire community to engage in interactive learning activities that demonstrate how together we bring education to life.

The campus community is invited to get creative and develop an interactive, hands-on activity or learning demonstration to showcase your program, research or expertise. More than 40 UNC organizations - academic programs, student clubs and operational departments - have already reserved their free booth space and are getting ready to bring their enthusiasm and energy for what they'll showcase.

Join your colleagues for food, fun and entertainment Then stick around for the 1:35 p.m. kickoff against rival Southern Utah.

For more information about Community Fest, including video and photos from the 2012 event, visit the Community Fest website.

To sign up for Community Fest, contact Vicki Niccum in University Relations at 351-1152 or victoria.niccum@unco.edu.
