UNC Sustainable Bears: Tip of the Week

Let that sun in to stay warm. Open up your blinds/curtains during daytime in winter to let some extra heat in to decrease heating loads. Open blinds/curtains in your room/office for 4 hours a day during sunniest times, for a week. If every member of campus did this, it would result in $8,470 of utility savings this week.Remember to visit UNC's People.Power.Planet site to learn more ways to save.
