Services to students with low incidence disabilities in rural areas: Areas of need
What are the specific needs of school districts in rural areas for students who are deaf, blind, and/or have severe disabilities?
A survey was sent out to educators and families in rural areas of the United States. The survey consisted of a series of statements about services, and a rating scale for indicating the level of adequacy for that service in the district of the respondent.
