The office of Multicultural Affairs advances UN’C’s mission and vision by advocating for underrepresented populations and by serving as a catalyst for student development and achievement, cultural competency, institutional equity, and diversity.

Outcome Objectives:

1. Increase the internal and external resources for the Office of Multicultural Affairs.
2. Improve the effectiveness of the Office of Multicultural Affairs as an organizational unit within the university.
3. Increase OMA’s impact on institutional planning and operation as they relate to underrepresented populations.
