Prof. Luger has a Ph.D. from the City University of New York. He is the author of Corporate Power, American Democracy, and the Automobile Industry (New York: Cambridge University Press, 2000). His book won the Michael Harrington Award bestowed by the American Political Science Association’s organized section New Political Science for the best book published in 2000. He has directed the University of Northern Colorado ’s AP institute in US Government for the past five years and has an interest in civic education as well as business government relations.
