Conferences

One of the benefits to being a McNair Scholar is the opportunity to present your research at a national conference. The McNair Scholars Program pays all conference registration fees, transportation costs, lodging, and meal costs for McNair-sponsored conference attendance. The only requirement is that you must present your McNair research project (poster or oral presentation).

In addition to attending a McNair-funded conference, you may also be interested in presenting at a professional or other undergraduate conference. Your mentor can help you find conferences in your discipline, and the McNair staff can help you identify funding opportunities.
