Services
Please note that graduate students need to have a UNC Card (available from the UNC Card Office in the University Center) in order to check out materials. In addition, a Bear number is required to access online library resources.
Information of specific interest to graduate students may be found through the following links:

Resources
Tools are available on the Libraries web site to assist you in finding resources for your research:
- To find books, curriculum materials, and media materials such as CDs and DVDs in the Libraries collections, perform a search in The Source library catalog
- To identify articles on a topic from a variety of journals and other resources, select an appropriate database from one of the subject lists on the Articles & More page
- If you already have one or more article citations and now need to see if UNC Libraries has access to specific journal titles, perform a journal title search from the Journal Titles tab on the home page
- Reserve readings from professors are found through a Course Reserves search in The Source library catalog; more information is available on the Course Reserves page
