Community Borrower's Cards
Any resident of Colorado may get a Community Borrower's card at the University Libraries. To get a card, fill out an application at the Michener or Music Library Circulation Desk. You must show two items that verify your current Colorado address, such as a driver's license or other ID with address, check book, or cancelled mail. You must also present a picture ID if the items used for address verification do not include a photo. Your card will be mailed to you, and will be valid for one year.
Community borrowers may check out up to 20 items at one time. Items may be renewed twice. Community borrowers may not check out or renew items if they have any unpaid library fines.
Remote access to databases and online journals, and Prospector and Interlibrary Loan services are not available to community borrowers.
