Renewing your items:

There are three ways to renew your items:

Online:

You may renew items online, at:

http://source.unco.edu

Click on the phrase that reads:

"View your circulation record, renew materials"

Please make sure you check the screen which will tell you if the renewal succeeded and gives you the new due date..
You are responsible for this new date displayed on the screen.

Telephone our office:

Call (970) 351-2439 and either speak with a staff person or leave a message if you call after hours.  Please keep in mind that there are no renewals on Reserve items or on items held for other people.  Please leave a phone number where we may contact you in case of a renewal problem.

Visit us in person:

You do not need to bring in your items to renew them.  However, if for some reason they cannot be renewed or are requested by another patron, you may have to bring them anyway.

Renewal limits are as follows:

• Books and scores:
  • UNC undergraduates, graduates and faculty: unlimited renewals possible
  • non-UNC (NUNC) patrons:  2 renewals possible
• Recordings (all formats):  with 2 renewals possible
• Reserve items:  no renewals
• Notebook computers:  no renewals
• Microforms circulate according to the same terms as the analogous print items (e.g. a microfilm of a book circulates like a book).

MAKE SURE YOU MARK DOWN THE NEW RENEWAL DATE!
