As you can probably tell, this website is a work in progress. When we have finished digitizing all  material relevant to Fall River Road in Rocky Mountain National Park, we hope to expand  to include other themes.

Roads for the Modern Tourist: A History of Fall River Road in Maps, Photographs and Documents was partially funded by a Western Trails Grant from the Colorado Digitization Program. Server space, computer hardware and software, etc. is provided by James A. Michener Library and the University of Northern Colorado. Additional staffing was provided by the UNC History Department, in the persons of two Graduate Research Assistants, Azusa Ono and Sara Mielke, who worked on this project in the spring and summer of 2003. Their hard work is valued and appreciated.

If you have questions about the future development of this site, if you wish call my attention to  typographical errors or errors in the captions on the photographs, or if you can identify any of the individuals or locations depicted in the photographs, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thank you.
