Material Retrieval Request for Patrons with Disabilities

Complete this form if you require assistance in retrieving library materials. Library staff will pick up the requested items and notify you when they are available. (Please note that staff members are not able to provide photocopying service.)

The items will be held under your name at the Circulation Desk of the Michener Library or Skinner Music Library. Please allow at least 24 hours for your request to be filled.
