The Simmons National Consumer Survey provides data on lifestyle demographics, purchasing behavior, and media consumption for consumers in the United States. The survey is a valuable resource for demographic information and market research. UNC has access to data from the 2009 and 2010 National Consumer Surveys and from the 2009 and 2010 SimmonsLOCAL surveys via the OneView platform.

To access Simmons OneView get the username and password from the user name and password list (click on User Names and Passwords, then enter your UNC login information) or from the Michener Library Reference Desk at 351-2562. Only one person can be logged into Simmons OneView per username and password. Please sign out when you are done. The username will be locked for 2 hours if you forget.
